We don’t entertain any cancellations and refunds.
However, if in any case where a physical product is involved and is found to be broken due to mishandling during shipping or from negligence by SPACIIK TECHNOLOGY, then a fresh product will be duly shipped to the registered address provided by the customer.
If the damage in the product is due to customer’s negligence, then no requests for cancellation or refund will be entertained.
